I smell either a fake question because someone has just way too much time on their hands, or I smell a really uniquely dysfunctional and potentially dangerous relationship developing, either way, why would you waste your time with someone with such OBVIOUS emotional problems?

It's a fetish (or a number of them), take it maturely and if you don't like it just refuse. I would put my foot down (no pun intended) when pain or blood come into the picture.
